During the third quarter of 2023, the Idle RPG category on iOS in Sweden saw varied performances among the top 5 apps, according to Sensor Tower data. Here’s a closer look at how these games fared in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.

Idle Heroes - Idle Games experienced fluctuations in revenue, peaking at approximately $10.5K in the week of July 24. Downloads showed a significant drop towards the end of the quarter, declining from 125 in late June to just 13 by the end of September. Weekly active users also saw a decline from 1.2K at the start of the quarter to 953 by the end.

Isekai:Slow Life, launched in mid-August, showed promising revenue growth, reaching around $9K by the last week of September. Downloads, however, saw a sharp decline from 2.6K in the launch week to 185 by the end of the quarter. Despite the drop in downloads, the app maintained a steady number of weekly active users, fluctuating around 1.2K to 1.7K.

Legend of Slime: Idle RPG War had a mixed quarter with revenue peaking at $2.9K in late August but dropping to $1.2K by the end of September. Downloads decreased steadily from 816 in late June to 180 by the quarter's end. Weekly active users saw a significant decline from over 4K in late June to just over 1K by the end of September.

Ulala: Idle Adventure showed a stable revenue trend with peaks of $1.4K in mid-August and a gradual decline to $995 by the last week of September. Downloads remained relatively low, peaking at 84 in mid-September. Weekly active users increased slightly from 336 at the start of the quarter to 408 by the end.

Smithing Master, another new entrant launched in late August, demonstrated a consistent revenue increase, reaching approximately $2.6K by the third week of September. Downloads started strong at 474 in the launch week but dropped to 94 by the end of the quarter.
